Supplies: cardstock (Bazzill), patterned papers (Basic Grey - Marrakech), metal strips (Making Memories), vellum sentiment (DCWV), diecut sentiment and blossoms (Quickutz), diecut circles (Sizzix), bottle caps (unknown), and foam tape.
This was my take on the sketch - I felt very retro that day, having the odd urge to use some very old metals. And, as you may well guess, "Daddy Dude" is our nickname for S. Even he needs a card every once in awhile. =)
