As the deadline looms...

I don't think I've scrapped anything over the past several weeks, because I was so busy cleaning the house for Thanksgiving visitors and then things got crazy getting ready for Christmas. Then, I got an email reminder from Crop Chocolate that my Chocolatier submissions were due by the end of the year. Yikes! I thought (my fault completely) that I had until the end of January! However, I worked on creating our Christmas cards last week and had a blissful past 24 hours just scrapping away. =) So as you may have guessed, CC Chocolatier creations are supposed to use Crop Chocolate merchandise, so the Christmas cards being sent will look a little different (otherwise, it would have cost me about 100x more to make my cards!).

Patterned paper (Fancy Pants), cardstock (DCWV), glitter rub-ons (Making Memories), foil stickers (Making Memories), diecuts (Quickutz), ribbon (Fancy Pants), glitter (Doodlebug), metallic thread (Coats & Clark). Based on card map by Becky Fleck (of Page Maps fame).

This is the Making Memories' Fa La La Snowflake Ornament kit. It has a retail price of $19.99 but Crop Chocolate sells it for $3.99. It was a really easy kit to do! Everything except for the felt poinsettia blossoms (on three snowflake ornaments, plus the jewel bling in their centers) was included in the kit. It's hanging on our fireplace mantle now. =)

Everything is from the MM Whimsy collection (except for the metallic thread from Coats & Clark). Layout is based on Sketchmania #22.
