So last Thursday was the last day of school for Mika. Her class celebrated with a pizza party outside. Afterwards, they enjoyed their final session of recess.
Mika brought home her first report card (no letter grades until 2nd grade) and was officially promoted to first grade. Time really does fly - above you can see Mika on her first day of kindergarten (left) and the last day (right). She looks a little older with less baby fat on her face, doesn't she?
After we returned home, the girls built a fort and watched one of their favorite movies... and so summer vacation begins!
