Knee update: I was told not to walk around the neighborhood yet, since PT was afraid I'd tweak something else and make more work for her! She told me to stop walking funny (straight-legged) and handed me a cane. Yowsers! I've been trying really hard and exercising the knee and honestly, it feels so much better than before - but there's still only so much I can do with all that fluid. I'll probably have to sit out the next soccer season (10 wk) to build my muscles back up, so I don't get hurt again when I step back onto the field.
You know, I think the biggest problem is that inside, I still feel like I'm 23. :)
