Grateful

Patterned paper, diecut stickers & alphabet stickers (Basic Grey, "Out-of-print" collection pack), flowers (Bazzill), diecut butterflies and pearl bling (Making Memories), glitter glue (Stickles), marker (American Crafts), ink (Cateye chalk ink), and leaves (Prima).

It was time for another Cropchocolate.com challenge, but this time the theme was being grateful (layout based on YSS sketch from 11/11/11).

In other news, both girls had a book report to work on over the past week. Marika was the first one to go today and I was glad to be there - she did a good job and didn't even have to refer back to her piece of paper! She got an "outstanding" grade. :)

Hey, recognize that truck? A couple of weekends ago, AYSO had their volunteer appreciation picnic - in the rain. We still went, because we KNEW the In 'N Out truck was going to be there! It was good, although I was bummed to learn there would be no hot fries...

Neither of the girls had a soccer game this past weekend, due to water damage on the field (in addition to the rain, I think the sprinklers were having issues, too). Now Marika's team is down to 2 more practices this week and one final game on Saturday. On that last day, I have to turn in all of the equipment and the player evaluations - in order to get the medals for my team - and then... it's over! Mika still has a few more weeks (at least) of playoffs left, but at least we can focus on just the one team. :)
